Peanut Butter & Co was started by Lee Zalben as a sandwich shop in New York City in 1998. From 1998-2016, the sandwich shop sold gourmet peanut butter sandwiches, snacks, and desserts using Lee's peanut butter recipes. In 2002, we started selling our products to local grocery stores and things took off from there. Our products are now sold in over 12,000 stores in the USA, and in 15 countries worldwide!
