What kind of peanuts does Peanut Butter & Co use?

There are four different types of peanuts grown throughout the United States: Virginias, Runners, Spanish, and Valencia. We primarily use Runner peanuts for their taste, texture, and natural sweetness.

Why do you use palm oil and is it sustainably sourced?

We use a minimal amount of palm oil to stabilize some of our peanut butter spreads. It is a non-hydrogenated, non-GMO oil that maintains a semi-solid state at room temperature, which helps to prevent the natural peanut oil from separating in the jar.
